So after 5 years and more than 3100 hours of building, the moment of truth arrives.  Will it actually fly?

Flight testing a homebuilt aircraft should be done in a methodical and thorough manner.  Aircraft performance needs to be tested throughout it's entire intended operating range.  All systems need to be checked and any discrepancies in expected performance need to be resolved.  This section documents the steps in flight testing Cozy #1206.
